The Technology Working Group (TWG) is responsible for all activities required for and related to the creation, publication, and maintenance of OCA Standards (technical specification documents). This includes authoring and refining specification drafts and may also involve other activities such as investigating and piloting potentially relevant technologies. The TWG meets every other week. These bi–weekly meetings take place on alternating timeslots, to ensure that all time zones can be represented. Apart from the meetings, the TWG has a very active discussion page where questions can be asked, and discussions can be started on several OCPP topics.  Within this Working Group, smaller Task Groups are formed to focus on specific technologies or subjects. These groups are temporarily active and are retired once their objectives have been achieved.
