The Open Charge Alliance (OCA) is pleased to announce a second round of applications for the OCPP Golden SUT program.
OCA provides the OCPP Conformance Testing Tool (OCTT) to Certification Labs and OCPP implementers worldwide. OCTT is continuously updated with maintenance improvements, bug fixes, new features, and additional test cases. Every two months, a new OCTT version is released and validated against multiple Systems Under Test (SUTs).
To further strengthen and accelerate the validation process, OCA is opening a new application round for organizations interested in becoming an OCPP Golden SUT provider.
What is an OCPP Golden SUT?
An OCPP Golden SUT is a high-quality OCPP implementation of:
- A Charging Station (software stack), or
- A Central System / CSMS
These implementations support OCA in validating OCTT releases and OCPP test cases as part of the continuous verification program.

Applications for this second round can be submitted until March 20th, 2026. After the deadline, Golden SUTs for the upcoming term will be selected. During the selection process, OCA aims to maximize feature coverage and regional diversity.
