On December 13th, during the formal visit of the South Korea President Yoon Suk Yeol to the Netherlands, OCA Chairman Onoph Caron and President of the Korea Testing Certification Institute (KTC) Sung Il Ahn signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). KTC now provides a OCPP Certifying Laboratory.
OCA appointed KTC as fourth certification testing organisation for the certification of OCPP 2.0.1 & 16 implementations. In addition to the testing facilities of DNV, Dekra and KSGA. With KTC the OCA now has eight testing locations worldwide.
KTC is one of South Korea’s leading testing and certification agencies. By opening up their laboratory for OCPP certification, KTC is delving further into electric mobility and the sustainable charging of electric vehicles.
