Vampire.Energy is a technology startup focused on research & development, Co-funded by the European Union, developing an interoperable platform for EV charging infrastructure, based on open-source components, designed to help operators, charger manufacturers, municipalities, hotels, companies, and energy communities deploy smarter and more accessible charging services.
The platform is designed to integrate with other energy management systems, BESS, photovoltaic and DLM solutions, while exploring modern user access and payment methods, including smartphone digital wallets and contactless authentication, to reduce reliance on fragmented apps and physical RFID cards.
Our work is centered around protocol compliance and interoperability, readiness for ISO 15118 PKI, Plug & Charge, roaming, high-traffic production scaling, and support for smart charging use cases such as load balancing, renewable energy integration, and grid-friendly charging with native Grid codes support for V2G.
