Online Check-in to confirm your Plugfest registration
During registration, participants provide their availability and testing details. Once registration has closed, OCA will organise an online check-in meeting via Microsoft Teams to make sure all information is still up to date and to avoid last-minute no-shows. The round-robin testing schedule will then be created based on the confirmed information.
Testing teams must attend this check-in meeting to officially confirm their participation. During the meeting, we will go over the following:
- Your selected testing slots
- The device or system you will be testing.
- The OCPP version and security profiles
- The team members attending the event.
Once your registration has been confirmed, you will receive a participant information document with everything you need for smooth testing sessions, including:
- The testing schedule
- Venue details
- Practical testing information
- Information about Slack
OCA will use Slack to communicate with testing teams during the event, and participants can also use it to communicate directly with each other. An invitation to the relevant Slack workspace will be shared before the Plugfest.
