Trial OCTT Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Trial

The trial version of the OCCT SaaS Testing Tool (hereafter the ‘Service’) is made available to the recipient (‘User’) solely for the purpose of evaluating and testing the Service. The trial is not intended for commercial or production use.

2. Trial Duration

The trial is valid for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of access provided by the Foundation Open Charge Alliance as provider (‘Provider’). Access will be automatically deactivated at the end of this period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scope of Access

The User will receive access to a limited version of the Service, with certain features or functionalities disabled. The Provider reserves the right to modify or restrict features during the trial period at its sole discretion.

4. Confidentiality

The User agrees to treat all non-public information about the Service as confidential and to not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the Provider be liable for any damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Service during the trial period, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Feedback

The User may, but is not required to, provide feedback, suggestions, or recommendations regarding the Service. Any such feedback provided may be freely used by the Provider for improvement or development purposes without obligation or compensation.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
