The wait is over. Registration is now open for the OCPP 2.0.1 & 2.1 Plugfest & Conference Europe.
On 22 and 23 September 2026, the Open Charge Alliance community will come together at ESB Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, for two packed days of interoperability testing, technical exchange, industry insights and networking.
2 days of testing combined with a 1 day conference
For developers and technical teams, the Plugfest offers a valuable opportunity to put OCPP implementations to the test with multiple partners. Through structured round robin testing, participants can:
- Identify issues faster;
- Improve compatibility;
- Exchange practical insights with other implementers.
Participants can also join a cybersecurity pentest performed by Elaad, offering the opportunity to test implementation security and speak directly with cybersecurity experts.
Alongside the testing, the conference will explore the theme Delivering electrification at scale: the role of standards, security and policy.
The programme will connect the lessons of the past with the challenges of today and the decisions ahead. Bringing together perspectives from industry, policy and technology, the conference will explore one central idea: delivering electrification at scale requires shared infrastructure and a shared language.
And, because no visit to Dublin is complete without experiencing a little Irish culture, participants can also join the cultural programme and continue the conversations beyond the conference.
Explore the programme and secure your place
Whether you develop charging stations, CSMS platforms or software stacks, or work in utilities, policy, regulation or cybersecurity, Dublin is the place to meet the OCPP community, test, learn, connect and help shape what comes next.
